Notice that it is the organization Machsom Watch themselves who translate the videos into English. They're supposed aim is to show other Israelis what goes on at Checkpoints. So why translate to English? You can connect the dots.
Anyway, I was just looking up this group randomly and found this info. Apparently, this is one of the anti-Israel groups that the NIF is funding. It has just come out in recent days that the NIF is the main group financially supporting the anti-Israel NGO's who supplied Goldstone with the information in his report. "We always stand there...." "Great, this "always" just ended" "But why? Give us a reason...." "Why? Because it was just decided, you stand over there" I got a good laugh out of that. What exactly are they trying to film anyway? The traffic jam they caused by refusing to stand at a safe distance? They have plenty of videos on their youtube page, so they can hardly claim the IDF doesn't allow them to record. Watching the other videos, I'm impressed with how the IDF are dealing with people who are deliberately trying to create situations to play to the cameras, fabricating stories (though more than once, Palestinians question why they're being filmed, and aren't happy about it). It's also odd how in almost all the videos, someone says "kill me" when nobody is pointing a gun at them, or "they're killing us" when nobody is dying, or even injured. It's also great that these people never bother to document the supposed permits these Palestinians all claim to have. Some of these videos are heavily edited for dramatic effect, with sound designing. Who adds sound effects to a Youtube clip? It's hardly subtle in the most recent Ramadan video. On a side note, are these Machsom Watch instigators allowed to film the soldiers or not? The commander in the 2nd video says no, but in most of the videos the soldiers faces are clearly being filmed and put up on Youtube. It doesn't seem right that they are allowed to do this. I also got a big laugh over how they refer to themselves in the 3rd person in the videos. ![]() There is another group of Israeli women who started filming and monitoring Machsom Watch. They seem to have made a difference. YouTube - Beit Furik Checkpoint: the Law does not Apply Here YouTube - Israeli Army Commander against Human Rights Organization

Naomi Chazan says this too, of course. But she is treacherous, myopic and stupid. Naturally the NIF will back anyone who follows their agenda.
This is what we get from the left wing in Israel.
