I'm going to guess that it's true. Look at the respect he's trying to give other leaders like bowing to the Japanese and the Saudi's.

Seems to imply that the picture was taken during the American national anthem. Obama is moving for most of the time during the Russian national anthem, and based on the location of the marching Russian soldiers in the background it seems they move into the position of which they appear on the photograph just as the camera moves onto them.

I believe that if this is true which it sure seems to be it should be sent o each and every one of our America Military soldiers !
