I think I posted on this a few months back. Of course that might have been on another forum. Anyway the bill will put limits on sellers that will make it almost impossible to sell a house that does not meet their strict guidelines. It will pretty much get rid of any option to buy fixer upers or even a house that does not have the most modern appliances. The housing market will come to a crawl.
